I visited the Telkom direct store today. Had to pay account....Any way I see they are selling the PS3 250G with controller + Dirt for R4429....

So is it worth or not?

It's pretty average give 1 or 2 hundred rand....i bought a similar bundle (with tekken6) recently for R4299...that should be the retail price at most gaming stores....woolworths has it for a similar price but gives you a R200 woolworths voucher which makes it's the cheapest in the market...
