PS4 - Can't log into PSN - Access denied?

Hey guys

Wondered if any of you have come across this...

When I try to log in to PSN website I get this:
ACCESS DENIED:
You don't have permission to access "http://auth.api.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/2.0/oauth/authorize?" on this server.

When I try to log in on the console I get this:
WS--37397-9 Error

Tried numerous trouble shooting things as suggested from my searches (rebuild database etc) and still nothing.
Any help would be welcome...thanks

Sounds like you might have been banned.

Yeah I figured so, but I don't even play online, extended my PSN subscription 2 days ago and all was fine...then that error.
