Definitely not a beast of a machine. A decent PC from 3-4 years ago will run it into the ground.

The Radeon HD6970 in my old machine from 2010 is faster than the GPU in the PS4

Don't come with the the price argument as consoles are sold at a massive loss which they then make up in charging ridiculous amounts for new games.
