Darn, I missed the closing date by four days...

I also missed it. Where exactly do the notices for these competitions pop up? I only see winner notifications among these threads, no competition notices. I'd like to know so that I can keep an eye out for other competitions like this. I can't afford a PS4, (no seriously, I've recently fallen on hard times and even had to sell my house), so my only way of getting a PS4 is if I can win one. Should I just keep an eye on the announcements thread for competitions like this?
