I'm surprised that there are not more threads on the ps4,anyone got one? Comments? Feelings?

Can't decide if I should buy one for my b day next week :D
 
My friend got one for Xmas. He is on holiday in knysna so no Internet connection. He told me he unboxed it switched it on looked at it for 5mins and then put it back in the box saying it's useless without Internet.
 
I am also checking where I can get the best deal.

I think I will wait till next year when I start working again.
 
No thats a lie, i know that you can get a update if you connected to the internet and its only about 300MB, i bought my on launch day in SA and i must say i am very happy with it and all the features that it has to offer. I am just waiting to buy my camera and then got everything, the best part i like is that i can buy games anywhere in the world, and bought killzone and fifa 14 in the USA on amazon as i have got a few friends there who come to SA all the time and also my dads company it costs me R500 for a game so im happy with it all. The remotes are amazing and the only downside i have faced is with Need For Speed Rivals there is many bugs in quality of the game and just areas where i think they should have tested more, or in my feeling i think they rushed the release so that it was out in time with the PS4 and people would end up buying it as its the only racing game out yet.

Erm, I know you're excited and all, but have you heard of something called paragraphs.

Back on topic, nephew got one for Xmas and he is having a blast - not connected to internet, only play COD:Ghosts on it so far.

Looks like a really nice machine - good graphics and very smooth - faster and smoother than same game on PS3.

I'm going to hold out till they restore the media features.

Yeah the annoying thing is all the media stuff which i dont see why they didn't release yet, but probably just due to coding and stability.

I must say the graphics and all is amazing, when placing a disk in the drive the installation is quick, unlike when you put GTA V into the ps3.

Very Happy with it so far :)
