Ah - ok - thanks. Thought it meant certain series weren't available in Sonarr :p

Now I need to consider whether its worth the effort to switch from Sick Rage.

Annoying thing yesterday was that sonarr found the NZB, forwarded it on to SABNZB which started downloading but since there hadn't been enough time for it to be propagated it failed, where in Sonarr then blacklisted it.

I'm going to try increasing the Minimum Age to 30 minutes and hope that helps, might not if other people's failures influence everyones.

Mine is set to 1 or 2 hours. I only dl at night and I am not too fussed having it available immediately.

I am not sure how the blacklisting propogates to other users, maybe it is only after several users have failed. Or they use the rating system on the indexer and if the majority is negative they blacklist it perhaps.

Never had to consider changing the default until now.

Also, now that I've got an extra 12 hours of off peak data available I don't worry about overnight scheduling.
 
Media link has been working perfectly up until 2 days ago when it suddenly couldn't pick up my Plex Media Server.

Nothing changed on anything and I can still access Plex from my other devices.
Anyone having the same problem with Media Link?

Didn't you ask this a couple weeks back where I helped you fix it?
 
The previous problem i had was that I could detect PMS but could not access the media in the server (it said no file). I then added the IP of the TV to the network settings in PMS as a trusted device and I then had access to all the media on the server.
It was working perfectly since the above fix.

Now, suddenly; the can't even detect PMS at all. The IP in PMS network settings is still there. The TV IP is 10.0.0.3 and this is in my network settings in PMS as a trusted device, The difference with the previous problem is that now, Media Link doesn't even detect the server.

Can you ping the TV from the server?

Restarted everything and reset the router as well over the last couple of days. I can't set a new IP for the TV unless I trip the main switch .

Pretty hard to help without being there myself and seeing what's what. It could be any number of things, maybe you temporarily downgrade PMS to the previous version or the version before the security settings changed and see if that helps.

If you can in fact ping the TV from the PC running PMS and you didn't change anything, didn't update PMS, it didn't auto update etc I really don't know what to tell you, stuff doesn't just stop working without something changing somewhere.

Maybe it's time to update your player, get yourself a nice Roku or Apple TV.

After some tweaking I finally got Sonarr to work the way I need it to. I used to use NZBDrone and was afraid to upgrade to Sonarr. I eventually did it, but somehow it seemed to miss most automatic series downloads. So I went and created accounts on as many free Sonarr-approved NZB indexers as I could, set up the correct settings, and now my Sonarr misses nothing. It's wonderful.
 
My Sonarr setup is perfect to me, it grabbed and downloaded all 720P versions during the night, I just checked and the 1080P WEBDL versions have been grabbed waiting for 00:00 when everything unpauses.

All x265.
