I think I have this condition but I am reluctant to diagnose myself.

I often cry uncontrollably when experiencing something that is only moderately sad (I'll be the only person crying, and I'll be crying uncontrollably) or something that isn't sad at all but for some reason makes me feel very sad. It is quite embarrassing.

One of my friends is a school teacher and she asked me to help out at their annual school concert. In one of the scenes they played Chariots Of Fire. I began crying. I wondered why the music made me feel so sad.

I recall when I was in primary school we had a concert I was in where they played Chariots Of Fire. I don't think either of my parents attended the concert (I come from a broken and dysfunctional home). Perhaps that is why this song made me so sad.

You may have a blood sugar problem - I am not being facetious. Low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia) can affect one's moods quite significantly. Try cutting sugar and carbohydrates out of your diet completely for two weeks - there are lots of books and websites that can help you to try this - e.g. Tim Noakes book, etc. Give it a try and see whether the mood swings change.

Chicks like guys in touch with their feminine side. The end.

:D

I don't mind a good cry...always happens in sad movies.
