Posting on behalf of my mate, any help appreciated...
"I previously owned 2 ps3 systems a few years ago, and have since them sold 1 and the other broke, have decided yesterday to purchase a new one, but now cannot activate it as all slots are full.
I have deactivated all my devices but still no change,
Have also contact part serve and have advised me that it takes 3 working days which have elapsed and yet still pending."
