Psn down?

Damn, mine still not working.

Did the following so far:
Used custom IP config with Google DNS
MTU Size is at 1470
Made sure that my ports are open as suggested by Sony on my router
Even added my PS4 to DMZ
Signed out of PSN, now cannot sign back in with error NW-31456-9

ISP: Web Africa

Any other suggestions guys?
 
Have you tried connecting your ps4 directly to the internet? Also try MTU 1450 and 1472/3. Do a restart each time you change your MTU settings.
 
I only changed the dns server on my ps4 and haven't had any issues since then. Didn't change anything on the router
