Did the following so far: Used custom IP config with Google DNS MTU Size is at 1470 Made sure that my ports are open as suggested by Sony on my router Even added my PS4 to DMZ Signed out of PSN, now cannot sign back in with error NW-31456-9 ISP: Web Africa Any other suggestions guys?
