How so? , Lebanon PS store trades in USDI just pulled some countries on the same economic tier as South Africa. They may be more affordable than us.
When it comes to games variety, I'd think an Asian - Hong Kong or Taiwan account would be good for English Asia games, games not released in US/EU but available in English.
Theres a video I watched on Youtube and the guy is from one of the Asian countries but he bought games on the Turkish store. The Turkey, Argentina and Brazilian stores seem to be the cheapestI just pulled some countries on the same economic tier as South Africa. They may be more affordable than us.
