I tried to do something today which I thought would be easy. I tried to find a replacement battery (internal) for my PSP. I phoned every PSP supplier I could think of in the Western Cape to try and buy one, but I couldn't find any!

Anyone out there that know of a supplier that stock PSP batteries somewhere in Cape Town and surrounds (Even Somerset West)? The internal one's, not the stupid external one's.

Please Help! :o

If you buy a portable device JUST for homebrew, wtf don't you buy a PDA or a smartphone? :\

well its cheaper and what device do you know that can do everything a lap top can do,well its a psp
I love software, and i support the coders out there, they a doing agreat job
I also do have pda homebrew,on my pc
If you want i will give you some

*sigh* What on earth does that have to do with ANYTHING in this thread?

STOP! WITH! THE! FANBOYISM!

</rant>

Erm, yes Etienne? Your point is? I don't even see mention of the abreviation PSP in your post ...

Just trying to steer the conversation in the right direction. Every time "PSP" is mentioned, some n00b fanboy goes and says something nasty about the DS Lite and vice versa. It's getting really annoying.

Play the games each of them have to offer. Comment on the games, not the consoles. Both of them are really great and I own both, but most of these people who go "PSP FTW!!!111111111!!!1!1!! DS FTL!!!!11!!!!11!" only own one of them. It is getting really annoying. Honestly.

If I see one more Wii vs. PS3 vs. 360 debate or one more DS vs. PSP debate I think I might just crack. Please stop.

And the DS still Sucks blue donkey balls

As of the end of September of this year, the Nintendo DS has sold 3.2 million units while the Sony PSP has sold just 1.7 million units in Japan, according to sales figures provided by Japanese games site Dengeki Online. The culprit? Sony's just not coming out with games that Japanese gamers want to buy. The PSP's game lineup is a source of major dissatisfaction for Japanese gamers, with just 15.3 percent of them satisfied about the games available for the system. Compare that to nearly 50% of DS owners who are happy with the games available for the DS.

Now suck on that.

How do you turn a topic from PSP batteries to a debate about which one is better? Please guys stay on topic, I am sure the creator of this thread doesn't appreciate you guys going off about which is better.

You must be pretty new to using this internet forum it seems.

Making stupid assumtions is not a very good idea. It just shows that a lot of your other posts must be assumtions too, making all your future posts pointless, well to me anyway. Thank you for that. No need to make silly comments just because I'm trying to get the post back on topic!
