It came with version 1.5 firmware and has been upgraded to 2.0 (silly me did not realize the implecations of upgrading firmware :) ) The unit was purchased last year November and has been used at the most for 4 hours.
 
well if its version 2.0 and not 2.01 then its still hot stuff!

I have just checked the version now, it is running firmware version 2.0 has been upgraded once from firmware 1.5
 
Echo ZA, I might take you up on that offer within hopefully the next week or so, just need to see how much cash crusaders is willing to pay for one that I'll be getting with my new phone. I'll let you know but it will need to be posted to pretoria, that a problem? Oh plz don't upgrade the firmware, that would suck epically and make it no better than the "downgrade proof" one I'll be getting. Cheers.

Firmware is still currently as posted (origionally 1.5 but upgrade to 2.0) I can post to Pretoria (R1500 for the PSP excluding SPEED SERVICES +-R50) If you want let me know via PM then you can deposit funds into my bank account and once received I will post!
 
O.K. just an update... the FIRMWARE is now back to 1.5 going to download some homebrew and test :) what offers now?
 
I would like one but I live in Cape Town!! Ill buy it for R1200 excluding posting with only one game!
 
Sorry, forgot to update... SOLD, welll not really my son decided that he wants to use it :( and I discovered Loco Roco :)

PSP is good for countries with public transport and no crime ... imagine what a time killer it is while waiting for the bus or while on the bus .. in SA everybody has a car and 99% drive themselves and alone ... obviously you can't play while driving, so when you gonna use it? While at home and you have your 42" LCD you gonna play on the 3" display on the PSP? I doubt!
