PSP to LCD

I need some advice from anyone who owns a psp. I've been looking into connecting a psp to lcd and i've read that you need 5component cable to actually play games using an lcd screen. Im looking towards 22".

So my questions are,

<1> what lcd do i get? Bearing in mind that i will be using the lcd for my pc as well.
<2> If i Get a Samsung 22" lcd , how would i connect it??

You'll need a TV rather than a PC monitor to use the TV-out port. Requirement is component input.
