Does the flash have to specially made for the PSP or can you play any flash game ?

If i'm not mistaken the PSP uses Flash 6 not the newer Flash 8.

The posts i've read indicate that most flashgames run dog slow on the PSP so i guess it has too be coded with the PSP in mind.
