Hi,

Some girl has asked me to copy some videos to her psp before they leave on holiday.

I downloaded 2 movies but after I copied to her PSP/Video folder it stil doesn't detect it, I downloaded straight from PSPISO

So the format should be correcto.

What can be wrong do ya think?

Right, so first of all you go to THIS link and download the app. It will allow you to convert the videos to the correct psp format.

Just follow the procedures as prompted, I recommend that you just leave the conversion settings as it is.

Also, check what firmware version you have on it currently, you can do so by going to system settings and then system info on the psp.

Then after u've converted the videos, locate the video folder on the psp, mine (with version 5.51) is on the memory stick along with (MP_ROOT, PICTURE and PSP). With previous firware versions you'd have to copy the videos in to MP_ROOT folder. Be sure to copy both the video files of the converted video into the folder, like the video file and the .mp4 file.

Anyway, if you want to upgrade to the latest version you can do so HERE. You will have to copy the update into your GAME folder located in the PSP folder.
