Psp Wifi Problems

hi guys, i've recently been having problems with the wifi on my psp, it's running on version 3.03 oe-c. when i push the switch down to activate the wifi the little green light doesn't come on, and when i try to make a connection to browse the net it says "a connection error has occurred. the WLAN switch is not turned on." any ideas?

i to have that problem,your one fell hey just like my one,my one fell many times.
just re align the switch by taking off the face and put it back on.what i normally do is i push on the wifiswitch hard an push it up slightly,not all the way up..just move it slightly then you will see it will work.
 
hahaha, it's working! i did drop it, now it works, my boss brought me a wifi usb dongle from china, works nicely, i surf the net from my psp, but how can i play an online game via internet? coz nobody near me has a psp that we can play across wifi.

oh btw, my boss brought psp faces, buttons, lenses, analogue sticks, the whole shebang! lemme know if u okes need repairs done or spares, i could buy them for you! we have generic 4gig duo cards too, can get u prices if ur interested

to play online games all you need is the wifi connection and a game that has multiplayer functions,like syphon filter and need 4speed carbon.All you do is name your connection on the psp that you connect to(wifi accesspoint).
start the game and go to online play,its that easy ,it even works with your backup games on the stick.Make sure that your firmware is higher that 2.0 as some access points use wep like old games,but if the access point has no security then all is fine,Try carbon for starters to get you going.

i do need a faceplate and the whole analogue nub section.i mean the whole block part thats on the faceplate.

no his name is minas, we run a cellphone repair shop in cape town, he regularly goes to china on business, so this is how he came across the psp goodies, coz he knows i'm into this coz i made his kids psp use homebrew...

i'll get back to you on prices in the new week, just waiting on goods to get cleared by customs, then we can work out prices...

back to the psp online gaming, i know how to join/create a game, but what i want to know is, are there servers like with pc games that i cqan connect to? coz if i have to w8 for someone to host a game, that'll take forever...
 
There Are Psp Servers.if Your Game Has Infrastruction Mode Then There Will Be Online Servers.get Carbon And Go Online In Da Game.you Will Enjoy It.most New Games Has Infrastructor Mode.make Sure Your Fw Is Higher Than 2.o,which You Oviously Have.happy Gameing
