psu advice

Hi Guys,

Putting together a second machine that i wanna try and overclock the cr@p out of....
E7200
Jetway Kurushio mobo

What would be a decent psu for this .....looking at 1 of these 3 all for around the same price

Coolermaster RS-460-PCAR eXtreme power plus 460w
GIGABYTE Superb 550W 24-Pin Power Supply
iSONIC MEGAPOWER 600WATT MAX

Can't look up info on em at work so i'd say post the amperages for the 12v and 5v rails. Are these rails independant or shared-load etc?
