Any news on what is happening with the Pretoria Municipality's plans to roll out their BPL solution ?
I mailed the municipality customer services a few weeks ago, but got no reply (hey, their service might actually be worse than Telkom, but at least they promise to be a whole hell of a lot cheaper).
I really can't wait to spend my odd R1000/month somewhere else than at Telkom.
