PTA/Centurion coverage - My sop story

Hi Guys

I moved to a new place in Rooihuiskraal North only to discover that despite the security village I'm staying in existing for the last 18 months, there is still no Telkom infrastructure available!!! Applied for ISDN, they could only help me (and this is the estimated dat, no guarantees!) FEB 2005 earliest!!

So my only other option is Sentech.

My questions are this:

The coverage map on Sentech's site - how up to date and accurate do you guys think it is? Because according to the map I don't have signal - yet when I click on an adjacent suburb they seem to have signal?

I used to have ADSL at my previous place, used it for gaming - how good would the 512k service be for gaming?
