I'm pretty sure I just saw some guys installing a part of that sewer fibre network. This one.
2 white vans, orange emergency lights and a yellowish 3cm pipe going into a sewer. Def didn't look like Telkom, municipal services are any of the normal fibre laying crowd.
Pity its dark & a dodgy corner else I would have asked them.
I wonder why they are working during the night though...
