If so, then there is something seriously fishy... roof like that shouldn't even BEGIN to collapse at 60mm a day...

That looks suspiciously like a lower floor office... so a roof collapse WOULD have impacted the offices above. I'm also seeing very little evidence of water damage to that ceiling structure.....
