Public servants to start go-slow protest

About 1.3-million government employees are expected to embark on a go-slow and conduct lunch-hour pickets from Monday, affecting service delivery, as part of their fight against the government s failure to implement pay increases. The workers will also implement the work-to-rule principle, a form of protest in which employees do exactly what is stated in their contracts and nothing more as a means to slow down production.
