PUK code for sim

I have blocked my Rain Sim card and its requiring a Puk code. I have logged a query with support however I haven’t received assistance since Friday (29/05/2020), all that I have received was an email stating that they have seen my query. Their customer service is not user friendly.

how on earth do you block a rain sim that has no pin?

I was using it on my phone and I got an option to create sim pin then I attempted doing it then it blocked
