PUK Request

After trying to activate the sim unsuccessfully from Pargo, I got my sim delievered today and I accidentally blocked the sim and its now asking for for PUK. Is there any other way of getting it coz I emailed Support and nobody has responded!! Please help.iv been trying to get this sim thing for more than a week now!

Is it not provided on the card with the sim?

Since when is there even a PIN required on a data sim? How on earth did you block it?

Unfortunately, no.

I used details for phone lock when it asked for a pin and it locked it.
It would be better if the puk was on the card but here we are!

What device are you using? Perhaps try a mifi device.
