Argh such bad luck, I seem to have hurt myself while lifting last night, no pain during but woke up in the middle of the night with a pretty sharp pain in my right forearm specifically if I turn my wrist in acounter clockwise motion. Pain seems to eminate on the outside of the forearm slightly above the wrist moving to the top of the forearm.
Anyone done this before?
I'm guessing no weights for a while?
