Pulling my hair out! Cannot create pppoe connection. Please help! :`(

Hello everyone,

I reinstalled Windows on one of my computers and now I am unable to create a pppoe connection. Options "Connect using a modem" and "Connect using a broadband connection that requires a username and password" are blanked out. I've been trying to sort this out the whole day and I'm turning bald

Is the ethernet device on the computer detected and drivers loaded?

Did you run the Windows Network Setup Wizard?

Are you using a router in bridge mode?

I feel like an idiot I reinstalled drivers and everything about 20 times. I decided to check with google and it said something about a service being disabled. Earlier I was disabling some services like I always do and obviously by mistake disabled one ><
