Pump up the Jam

looks interesting,

i made a tomato and date jam once, to go with a Buffalo and Pork inspired wors.. it was amazing. Tomato seems to make a good jam then.

totally off topic, i once attempted a Vodka/Strawbery and Kiwi jam.... but ended up being an awesome coulis which went awesome with ice cream..
 
My mother use to make tomato jam when my father use to grow tomatoes in the vegetable back garden.

Never liked it really. It was palatable, but nothing awesome.

Not that I'm saying that she wasn't a good cook. She hated cooking, but she perfected a couple of recipes as her repertoire and those stuff she did make was ****ing awesome.

Nice Save!!!... in india you can even get a Tomato Pickle which is absolutely delicious
 
Made a few batches of it,very nice!
Making my 2nd batch of naartjie marmalade now, very nice with peanut butter YUM!
