Purchase AFCON tickets online

Is it possible to buy AFCON 2013 tickets online?
This article from IOL
Says they planning on putting up a website, but I cant find anything.

I went to http://afcon2013.eqtickets.com/eQtickets/en/index.php where you can purchase it online. The only problem I have with that is that you cant pick your seat. They will allocate a seat for you. If it is for an afternoon match you could sit on the eastern side of the stadium and look straight in the sun. I saw how people battled with that at the world cup. If it is an evening game that is not a problem. They told me if I want to pick a seat I have to go the stadium and see someone there. This was for Moses Mabida in Durban.
