Purchasing Forex Online

Hi Guys, hoping someone here can assist me.
Does anyone know of any reputable sites where one can either purchase or reserve foreign currency online for collection?
I tried Bidvest and Travelex but both sites are useless, and don't allow me to finish the ordering process :/
 
Surely if you need currency, you have to collect it physically? Or do they courier it to you?

I don't understand the benefit of doing it online...

Me having to collect is not the issue, as I stated that I plan on collecting it anyway.
The benefit of doing it online is to save time I.e. I wont have to take time off work or spend a Saturday morning going into a bank and doing the application. An online system allows one to order currency at the agreed rate, select collection point, and then to upload certain FICA documents where required, all from my desk.

Also, yes, I have heard of certain institutions who offer a delivery service to certain areas.
