Hey

I know there was a few threads regarding headset but would like to get an updated view on what would be the best set to get for R1500. I had a Roccat Kave headset but the plastic ripped and I got a refund and now looking for another one.

I prefer earphones cups that covers your ears completely.

Since I own one and I'm happy with it, I would recommend you this one: http://www.takealot.com/gaming/cm-storm-sirus-5-1-surround-sound-headset,9861896

Extremely comfortable, the ability to use analog 3.5mm jacks or USB connections, the ability to wash the ear cups and head band and you can also change the ear cups to letherette ones.

Cheaper one without the USB sound card and connections: http://www.takealot.com/gaming/cm-storm-sirus-s-true-5-1-surround-sound,27408703

Also this one to consider: http://www.takealot.com/gaming/cm-storm-sonuz-gaming-headset,27409120

Cheers for the reply I put the order in for http://www.takealot.com/gaming/cm-storm-sirus-5-1-surround-sound-headset,9861896.

I have speakers as well and its very anoying to change the jacks when I play FPS compared to other games the USB soundcard will work perfectly.
