Purchasing W7 (Home Edition) as an expat

I am in Uganda and trying to purchase a legal copy of EWindows t Home Edition (64 bit). Nothing available.
I tried downloading from the Microsoft shop but they dont accept my payment and the process cannot be completed.
Is there any other options to get hold of a W7HE copy? I'd really like to get Parallels working .........

Thats just part of the problem. Sitting in Uganda trying to purchase an online license with a SA credit card. Not working at all. Nevertheless, thanks for the feedback.

can you not ask a friend or family member to help you buy it from here with their card.

They can then forward you the key & you can DL from one of the links Ponder provided...

In that case I would just download the ISO and use Windows Loader until such time as you can purchase a legit copy.
