Pity. It is so easy to use with a lot of options to choose from. Is it this R25.00 per month thing or is it a bigger issue causing people to leave? I just for fun transfer my Live Better Capitec reward every month to EE and buy some Capitec shares. There some other fund I have bought some of aswell. Can't remember the name. Oh...I also transfer like R15 every two weeks or so from my Imagined Earth recycling app into EE app.

People are angry at the R25 (which lets be honest, most, if not all will not pay), hold a grudge against Charles because he said something dumb about 2FA (which they implemented anyway), and are upset about fractional shares not being in their name.

I am not part of this mass exodus, but honestly, I've been treated worse by sub-Standard Bank, eToro, and FNB.

I'm sticking with EE, don't see the point or feel the need to move. I would only like an alternative provider because of the all of your eggs in one basket thing. The more the merrier I think.

No they're angry it's tied to the Thrive loyalty program which means the fee and hoops you need to hump through can change faster than a fart in the wind.
