basic pc with 1 of everything, would a 650 antec be enough ?

Just be careful, because some Antec PSU's (eg. TP-650) have a quad +12V rail PSU design, which might cause issues with the high-end/power hungry cards.

I would rather recommend something like the Corsair GS600, which uses a single +12V rail design OR an Antec HCG520 / HCG620.

It should be worth while to read this thread too: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/395533-New-PC-PSU-query

560ti isn't a particularly power-hungry card:

IMO don't waste money upgrading an unnecessary component. Antec is fine.

That PSU would be totally fine. Has 25 amps on the 12v PCIE 'rails' afaik, which means 300W each, and so even if you plug both PCIE 6-pins into the same rail you won't trip it.

The problem comes in that the card also draws up to 150W from the motherboard, which is fed from the first rail, which is shared with the hard drives and fans.

The TP-650 will most likely (99%) work without any issues.
