hi guys,

What class is currently owning in PVP? I have a warlock, Rogue and DK, not sure which to take the full way in gearing.

I would say DK, Rogue, Warlock in no particular order

Anyone though it depends on the skill of the person behind the toon.

I also would go with DK... Able to pull ranged classes to them... silence casters, self healing, no toilet paper armor, able to dot players up and do physical damage... also to chain / slow players down... even have pets that hit like trucks... list goes on and on...

I find them very tough to kill in PVP... its all about saving my cooldowns for as long as possible... if I disengage before he uses his deathgrip, I will not get away from him.

Was looking into Rogue or Warlock tbh hehe, but will have a look at the DKS, DK PvP armor looks awesome

well, locks are top of the lists in arena teams, affliction I think. rogues arent the best damage dealers, but for chain cc'ing, there arent many better, and a blood dk is damn near unkillable in pvp....

affliction locks just own, have hard times vs shadow cleave teams and I really really hate fear.

Resto druid/shaman - good luck getting one of those down solo :/

Resto druids were worse right after 4.0.1 hit. Nature's Ward aut-casts Rejuvenation on yourself if you are attacked while below 50% health. Combined with Gift of the Earthmother which instantly heals 15% of Rejuvenation's healing.

I tested it on a Wintergrasp battle right after 4.0.1 hit. I think it took more than 10 players to kill me. Nature's Ward were hotfixed with an internal cooldown soon after.

Dear Blizzard,

Nerf paper. Scissors is fine.

Regards
Rock.

Depends on your level, and in what level bracket you intend to PVP. Above advice is mostly valid for lvl 85.

Most classes can pvp, and is played at the top rankings. It is all about skills, and tactics.
I enjoy to pvp with my Warrior/Paladin/Hunter. For melee pvp you just need to have a near flawless connection or you will hate it.

zomg, don't get me started on Paladins :D

Hi guys,

Thanks for the replies, I will definitively use my Lock(Currently Demo will go Afflic ) and DK (Unholy will go blood) then.

Cheers

Pvp'ing as an arms warrior I would say play your Dk, I hate Dk's shamans and frost mages. As for Paladins we always ignore them in the 2's and 3's arena I play, burst the others and then when the paly bubbles on his own grab a cold beer.

Played with my warlock a bit, have to say that is massive fun :P, Will try my DK tonight.

energy regeneration seems slow, but that is me on a 83 Druid. Give out some big hits then wait....

A well played kitty druid seems to cause allot of nerd-rage. :P

because kittehs were never anything useful in pvp, now they they facerape people, they dont know how to counter us, so they QQ because they are too fscking stupid to learn new things (ie l2kite). so in the name of pvp *spit* we get nerfed. and when we finally get somewhat balanced (ie just above stone last in the damage in PVE) the QQ gets ever more.

fail blizzard is fail, but fail windowlickers can fsck right off. its been said a million times, separate pve and pvp talents and skills.

/rant over, its been a dull day :)

I have a resto shammy for pvp and a frost mage, busy working on a DK... theyre just amazing in pvp. Resto shammy is so funny. Was sitting in Goldshire and a random level 85 (with no pvp kit, I have most of s10 stuff) decides to duel me. I put my earth shield on, and he started hitting me.... my health does not go down. Haha, went and made a cup of tea came back and the dude was still trying to DPS me down. Haha. Funniest thing I ever saw (this week).
