PVR in a Apartment?

Hi All. Ive recently moved into an apartment complex and im very interested in getting DSTV. How do i know if a HDPVR will work in the apartment or not?
There are 4 wall sockets in the TV room. X2 RF antenna ports and X1 F Cable and X1 F Cable Port. Thats about all the info i can give.

1) Ask neighbours if PVRs work with full functionality
2) Ask chairman / body corporate
3) Borrow a PVR & test it yourself

Note that you might need to enter network settings to get certain channels

Going by the wall sockets you are likely in luck
