Hi

I have added a second battery group to my collection however some some reason the BMS stops reporting into my Deye 5KW inverter the moment I connect to two battery groups together!

I am using The CAN cable to the invertor and RS485 between the multiple masters. They start up as expected and are not giving any errors however the BMS seems to stop communicating.

I currently have all my DIP switches set to off on all the batteries as this seems to be the way it should be configured for the US3000C series however the manual states it should be R0XX where R is the baud rate. They have the 0 marked in red.

Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed!

Is your second bank linked up to the first bank? Master set on both banks? Its normally just a communication cable that off but the US3000C batteries have been giving issues regarding communications.

Hi, banks are linked with 3 beep confirmation

Coms to inverter work fine on 1 bank, as soon as n link the second bank inverter loses coms

3 beeps then the banks 1 and 2 are communicating with each other, thats good.

Comms to the inverter should only be from the Primary bank 1 to the inverter and the second bank has no comms to the inverter. Will need to double check on that been a while since I worked with Pylon batteries.
