Q on multiple connections - "Bridge" mode ?

Read up on multiple connections out via the router so i can use one acc - and other dudes theres and it wont affect my cap, now how does this affect metering, do each of us get cut off after 24h ?? or is authentication done per packet and 12oclock when they count - the next packet i send i'm on dif proxy ??

Hidden Q (if i "reconect" just before 12, can still dll some gigs b4 i'm capped ??)
