Qline

I have. They managed to get me an unabridged birth certificate in 2 days. Also had to use them to get a death certificate amended. 2 days and it was done.
 
It's R75 if you go to Home Affairs yourself. Got mine in 2 weeks.

Only hassle is 2 trips and standing in queues.
 
I resorted to using Qline for the following reasons :

A) I had previously applied TWICE for the unabridged birth certificate. First time after waiting 3 months I was told they had lost my application and it needed to be re-done. Second application took 4 months only to be told the request was "cancelled" by me.

B) Death certificate for my father in law stated he was Australian after a 2 month wait. He was in fact Austrian. Waited 2 more months for a correction for it then to say he was Malaysian.

I kid you guys not!!! Hence Qline and everything went as planned.
