I have a DLink DSL-2750u and it looks like it has some pretty serious QoS abilities but it doesn't have a nice and easy setting to prioritize game traffic. If anybody knows how to set it up correctly I'd really appreciate it :)

I'm in the same boat. I spent hours scouring the net trying to find a easy guide to do QOS on this router. No luck yet...
Manual is a joke.

Ja the manual basically just tells you where the config screen is....pointless. From what I've seen on the net most other routers that provide QoS have a few default profiles for certain types of traffic that make it a lot easier.

I will continue to look as well. If you come right please let me know as well. Hope its easier than it looks.

Hi, I', just wondering if you've found anything? I'm trying to limit my other PCs on my home network too, especially my mobile devices which clog up the network every so often

Hi guys,

Been looking for ages, has anyone found a way to get the QoS to work yet?

Had a chat to a D-Link guy and apparently the QoS does not work at all, due to the QoS (shaping) applied by our ISPs. So in other words we paid for a router with QoS, that we cannot use. Vaguely angry about this.

QoS needs to be supported by Telkom. It's not.

Maybe if you are trying to QOS the actual line you would need Telkom to support it, but surely if you just want to do some queuing on you local network to give devices priority over others then you don't need the upstream service to be involved?
