i3D.net has local presence also in SA now. And they are the server hosting company for Bethesda games.

Since I bought the game, have not been able to play once.

I had the same problem... I bought the game and nothing works. Maybe once the game gets officially launched things might just clear up.

I hear that there is a big community of quakers that meet on Thursdays around 8pm and servers are more populated. I myself add players to my friend list the moment I see that I am not playing with bots. Helps with xp boosts and favour points,

Really enjoy this game but last couple of times playing have just been a romp fest playing against lvl 80 guys
