Qualcomm is screwed

So they lost a patent infringement against Broadcom i.r.o 3G and CMDA/EVDO technology .... the US Federal Trade Commission slaps an injunction on the importation of ANY new cellular handset that features their 3G chips released after the 7 June 2007 into the US market.

Qualcomm really deserves this for suing everybody in sight and charging excessive license fees for their IP.
