I'm not familiar with this phrase. Care to explain? From the context I gather it means something like oom/boss, but urban dictionary is of no help.the older white gent is the big hooha

I would recommend rudesheim, they have really good stuff at great prices, big supplier for restaurant and catering.
But they have a nice walk in store for the general public

Hokaai meat across centurion shopping mall probably has the biggest selection of everything I've every seen...
And the butchers are more than happy to help and cut you that piece just the way you want it.
Checkers in centurion mall isn't to bad on the meat quality/price selection.
They have a big butchery and the older white gent is the big hooha and when asked nicely he will sort you out aswell.
Hopefully you can find yourself a nice piece...
I'll even join in on the taste testing team if need be!
