I have another question...I experience intermittent connectivity until I pick up the house phone and dial any number, and as I do that the adsl reconnects...I am so confused? Any one that can help me?

You get a telkom pots filter that stops that from happening.

I have POTS Filters on all my lines... It does nothing for my adsl...My adsl reconnects when I make a phone call :/

Uplug them and smell them, if one has a burnt smell, replace it. Also make sure it is plugged into the correct port Phone->Phone...........Router-> DSL

Ports have labels so have that covered and I just replaced all the filters :/

Your noise margin isn't exactly amazing but I wouldn't think it's low enough to drop when making/receiving calls, can you unplug your phones and see if the noise increases.
