So it ended lady month am on a red advantage 750

Surely now the phone is paid off that was taken on the contract now the subscription must come down.
I'm now on month to month weighing my options.

Any info would be appreciated
I don't expect VC to do it for me

you would think, but when your contract ends it doesn't, it continues on a monthly basis. You need to call them to readjust the rate without the phone portion

Once the contract comes to a end then the monthly handset finance part will fall away automatically. So if you on Red Advantage, you will just pay the R999.00 per month. The subscription on the actual package will not be reduced as that is the base fare. Reduced subscriptions are offered on no device 24 month contracts/upgrades.

Thanks boy.
As usual on the ball.

How much was the phone part does it say separately on the bill?
One thing I will miss is your brilliant work you do

Yip, gets listed seperately on your invoice. So you will see "Subscription Red Advantage" and then the amount and then under that somewhere it will say "Handset finance" and the amount after that. So you know exactly what you paying for your tariff and what you paying for the phone.

I will miss you too meneer. :(
