Question about how a traffic circle works?

Also, while in the circle, right indicator stays on while passing exits you are not going to take. When you are approaching the exit you want to use, switch to the left indicator.

Nobody indicates in circles anymore!

Mini circle is like a stop street, whomever is at the yield sign first goes first. It is quicker than a stop street in light to moderate traffic since you dont have to come to a stop if you see everything is clear. In congested traffic is really just becomes a stop street.

Anyone saying otherwise does not know what they are talking about in regards to mini circles (of which there are very many in PTA east).

In Pta East you learn very quickly how to handle mini-circles :D
 
With a traffic circle with two lanes I was told that if you are in the outer left lane, then you must take the first exit. If you are in the inner lane you may take the second or 3rd. Makes sense to me cause if the car in the outer lane does not take the first exit and you in the middle lane wants to take the second exit, you coulde be blocked from doing so....safely anyway?
 
Problem (in CT) with circles is that you keep to the inner lane because you're exiting 3rd/4th but the idiot behind you keeps in the outer lane and blocks you from going into the outer lane when your time to exit comes.
