Question about huawei service center

I see huawei is having their R199 new battery promotion and I'm interested.
I have two questions for those who have taken their phone in to a huawei service center.
Question 1: If they have stock of the spare part can they fix my phone within a day?
Question 2: What do I take along with my phone to get it fixed? My I.D? Proof of purchase? Phone box?

1. Normaly because promotions bring in many customer devices they will tell you turn around time is minimum 3 - 5 working days. In all my repairs experience I have never waited for more than 3 working days days. You are able to track the progress of your repair online and when status is pick up then your device is ready.

2. You take your device in normally they encourage you to do a data back up, when collecting they need your ID ro collect your device.
