Question about MWEB Dota 2 Servers' Setup

Hi All,

Probably not the best place to post this so I apologize in advance.

I want to know (preferably from MWEB engineers) how the Dota 2 server setup works.
How many servers you have, how much bandwidth are assigned to the servers etc.

I am a network engineer myself so feel free to get technical

Reason I ask is that the guys are experiencing a host of different sort of issues and I am not sure what causes these issues but if I get a better picture of how this is set up I can help them create workarounds for the issues.

I've yet to join a game on the South African servers. Spent 30 minutes "searching" on Monday.

It seems the higher your skill level, the longer it takes to find a game.
Most of the guys with high skill levels are creating smurfs to find games quicker. Perhaps you should look into that.

I can't get myself to go back to EU, the latency on the SA server is just too wonderful.
