Question about port forwarding?

if my ip address is always have 3 different ip address mostly, can I write down the different ip addresses and the port of torrent used in modem 's config page(192.168.1.1) and tick the enabled all the time?

Yes. If you open the ports on the router (and all PC's are connected to it), it will be allowed for all pc's connecting to that router.
