Question about RBM

Looking at RMB website and I'm confused about something....in the contract section next to each phone they have what the offer includes free, sms , data and according to that the RMB 100 phones include 250mb and RBM 200 include 500mb, scroll down to the tarrif plan and it says that RBM 100 comes with 3gigs data and RBM 200 comes with 6gigs data this is where I'm lost.

Looks like those larger data quantities are per year. They're both 12x the smaller quantities.
