Question about the OVI Store

i have a Nokia N8 on MTN anytime 100. When you buy an app from the ovi store, and select phone bill, does it deduct it off ur remaining balance or just add it to your bill? Ie. I have about R28.00 remaining, if i buy angry birds, will it subtract the R15 from there?
